摘要
为了解某大学新生入学健康状况,使学生能健康地学习、生活,同时也为毕业后的就业打下基础。选取该高校入学新生共1474人为研究对象,体检内容主要包括视力健康、营养状况、胸片等指标,并对体检结果进行分析。新生中出现重度视力不良的比例为30.09%,正常视力所占比例仅为52.58%,且不同性别之间具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。营养不良、超重和肥胖的比例分别为3.50%、7.67%和5.09%,其中营养不良、超重两项指标在不同性别间有统计学意义(P<0.01)。新生中白细胞增高、转氨酶增高、胸片异常和龋齿的比例分别为1.00%、1.80%、1.00%和14.25%,男生和女生之间无显著差异。该校大学生视力健康问题较为突出,营养状况也不容忽视,因此有必要针对性提出健康教育对策,改善学生目前的健康状态,为以后学习、生活、工作做好准备。
This research was conducted to realize the health status of freshmen in a university,help students to study and live healthily,and lay a foundation for employment after graduation.A total of 1474 freshmen were selected for this study.The physical examination items mainly included visual health,nutritional status,chest radiograph and other indicators,and the physical examination results were analyzed.In the freshmen,the proportion of severe poor vision was 30.09%,and the proportion of normal vision was only 52.58%,which was statistically signif icant between different genders(P<0.01).The proportions of malnourished,overweight and obese were 3.50%,7.67%and 5.09%respectively,among which the indicators of malnourished and overweight were statistically signif icant between different genders(P<0.01).The proportion of leukocyte growth,transaminase growth,chest radiograph abnormality and dental caries were 1.00%,1.80%,1.00%and 14.25%,respectively,with no signif icant difference between boys and girls.The visual health problem of college students in this school is relatively prominent,and the nutritional status cannot be ignored.Therefore,it is necessary to put forward targeted health education countermeasures to improve students health status and prepare for their future study,life and work.
