摘要 种子休眠是植物适应性的重要组成部分,受到多种因素的共同调控。随着转录组学、蛋白质组学、代谢组学和分子生物学研究的发展,揭示了种子休眠的分子层面,这对于解除种子的休眠具有重要意义。本文综述了种子休眠诱导和解除过程中涉及的各种调控因子、环境因素的影响以及种子休眠的保护机制,为研究种子休眠和萌发提供依据。 Seed dormancy is an important part of plant adaptation and is regulated by many factors.With the development of transcriptome,proteomics,metabolomics and molecular biology,the molecular level of seed dormancy has been revealed,which is of great significance for the removal of seed dormancy.In this paper,various regulatory factors and environmental factors involved in the inducing and releasing seed dormancy,as well as the protective mechanisms of seed dormancy were reviewed,which provided a basis for the study of seed dormancy and germination.
