摘要
本文梳理大数据环境下高校图书馆智慧服务研究现状,构建了由物质层面、服务层面以及技术层面构成的高校图书馆智慧服务逻辑总体架构,特别研究了高校图书馆智慧服务模式的推进路径,即提出基于Hadoop的高校图书馆大数据挖掘技术支撑体系,为高校图书馆智慧服务提供有力支撑;以智慧检索、智慧挖掘与智慧知识推荐为技术突破点,提升高校图书馆智慧服务的个性化程度;完善包括高校图书馆智慧学科服务、智慧互动服务、智慧移动服务、智慧特殊群体服务以及评价反馈功能的高校图书馆智慧服务机制,重视高校图书馆业务部门的改革重组和智慧馆员的培养等。
This paper sorts out the current situation of the research on the intelligent service of university library under the big data environment, and constructs the overall structure of the intelligent service logic of university library, which is composed of the material level, the service level and the technical level, especially, this paper studies the advancing path of the intelligent service mode of university library, and puts forward the support system of big data mining technology based on Hadoop in university library, which provides strong support for the intelligent service of university library, takes the wisdom retrieval, the wisdom mining and the wisdom knowledge recommendation as the technical breakthrough point, enhances the individuality degree of the university library wisdom service, improving the intelligent service mechanism of university libraries, which includes intelligent subject service, intelligent interactive service, intelligent mobile service, intelligent special group service and evaluation feedback function, we should attach importance to the reform and reorganization of the business departments of university libraries and the training of intelligent librarians.
