摘要
文章在分析国内图书情报界知识服务基础理论研究现状的基础上,阐述了新时期知识服务重新定位的必要性。依据唯物辩证法质量互变规律和图书馆的核心定位,提出了公共智慧服务是对图书馆知识服务的扬弃和"飞跃",是知识服务的高级阶段的论点。同时,就图书馆公共智慧服务的基本特征、本质进行了论述,对实现公共智慧服务的有效途径进行了探索。
Based on the analysis of the basic theory of knowledge service in library and information science research present situation, the paper elaborates the necessary of knowledge service relocation. According to materialist dialectics the mutual change law of quality and library core positioning, the paper proposes the public intelligence service of library is a knowledge service senior phase. At the same time, the paper discusses the basic features and essence of public intelligence service, explores the effective way to achieve public intelligence service.
