摘要
公共智慧服务代表着现代图书馆职业最核心、最显著、最本质的价值取向和终极目的,是对图书馆知识服务的扬弃和"飞跃",是图书情报界知识服务的一次华丽转型。要实现公共智慧服务就必须探索其有效途径并大胆实践,包括坚持图书馆"公共"属性,培育馆员智慧灵性,构建文献资源保障体系,进行知识挖掘,为用户提供"知识精品"等,支持用户知识创新和"转知成慧"。
Public intelligence service represents the most central, most significant and most essential value orientation and ul- timate objective of modem library occupation, which develops the useful and discards the useless of library knowledge service, and is a "leap" in this field and a gorgeous transformation of knowledge service in library and information circles. In order to realize the public intelligence service, it's necessary to explore the effective approach and put public intelligence service into practice boldly, including adhering to the "public" attribute of library, fostering the intelligence spirit of librarian, constructing the literature re- sources security system, performing knowledge mining and providing users with "excellent knowledge product" so as to support user knowledge innovation and "transform knowledge into intelligence" .
