摘要
房产档案中非永久保管类档案的销毁一直难以有效开展,早已成为档案工作的一大难题。本文对房产档案销毁工作难以开展的原因及销毁工作的可行性进行了分析,并提出了一些建议,希望能够推动档案销毁工作依法、可持续开展。
It has been difficult to effectively destruct non-permanent storage archives in real estate archives,which has become a major problem in archival work.This paper analyzes the reasons why it is difficult to carry out the destruction work of real estate archives and the feasibility of the destruction,and puts forward some suggestions,hoping to promote the legal and sustainable development of the archives destruction work.
