摘要
房产档案在城市记忆工程建设和历史文化名城保护中有具有重要价值和作用。文章在分析房产档案服务城市记忆工程建设可行性的基础上,尝试借助数字人文中的相关技术构建房产档案GIS地图,并探讨其在城市记忆工程建设中的具体应用,使房产档案在城市记忆工程建设中实现了面、线、点的多维度多图景多功能性展示。为此不仅需要房产档案部门加强房产档案数据资源建设,提升数字化管理水平,而且要强化人才队伍建设,提升研究开发能力;同时还要加强合作共建,提升协同治理能力,强化创新意识和能力,不断提升服务水平。
Real estate archives play an important role in the construction of urban memory project and the protection of famous historical and cultural cities.Based on analyzing the feasibility of the construction of the real estate archives service city memory project,this paper tries to construct GIS map of real estate archives with the help of relevant technology in digital humanities,and discusses its concrete application in the construction of urban memory,so that the real estate archives can realize the multi-dimensional,multi-picture and multi-functional display of surface,line and point in the construction of urban memory project.Therefore,it is not only necessary for the real estate archives department to strengthen the construction of data resources of real estate archives and improve the digital management level,but also to strengthen the construction of talent team and enhance the research and development ability.At the same time,the real estate archives department should strengthen cooperation and joint construction,enhance the capacity of collaborative governance,elevate the awareness and ability of innovation,and constantly improve the level of services.
