摘要
高校档案资源作为一种特殊的文化教育资源,具有教育人、感化人、激励人的价值功能。“三全育人”理念下,对高校档案育人工作面临的困境从档案育人功能发挥、档案资源利用、档案育人管理机制等进行客观分析,从而有针对性地在档案育人理念、档案资源深度开发和系统整合以及协同育人机制建设等方面提出路径措施,不断提高高校档案育人的质量和水平。
As special cultural and educational resources,archival resources in colleges and universities have the function of educating,influencing and inspiring students.With the concept of"Three-full Education",this paper makes an objective analysis of the difficulties of archives education in colleges and universities from the aspects of function,utilization and management mechanism of archives education,then puts forward measures such as strengthening the idea of archives education,deeply developing and systematically integrating archives resources,and constructing collaborative archives education mechanism,so as to continuously improve the quality and the level of archives education in colleges and universities.
