摘要
高校档案客观真实地记录了学校创建以来的发展历史,承载了办学思想和兴学理念,展现了教学特色和发展成果,其内容蕴含着丰富的教育资源,先天便有育人的价值功能。在全程育人、全方位育人的新时代背景下,高校档案馆如何利用自身资源优势参与到大学生思想政治教育工作中,发挥档案“存凭、留史、资政、育人”的价值,如何丰富高校档案管理的业务内涵与功能外延,助力学校人才德育培养工作,强化服务育人、文化育人的基础职能,成为推进高校档案事业长足发展的新挑战和新机遇。
The college archives objectively and truly record the development history of the school since its establishment,carry the ideas of running a school and the idea of developing a school,and show the characteristics of teaching and the achievements of development.It is clear that the college archives contains rich educational resources,so it has the value function of educating people.Under the background of the new era,which is to educate students among whole process,college archives take advantage of their own resources to participate in the ideological and political education of college students,and to perform the value of"keeping records,keeping history,funding and educating people",as well as enrich the connotation and function extension of college archival management,to help the moral education of school talents,and to strengthen the basic function of service education and culture education,which has become a new challenge and opportunity to promote the great development of college archives.
