摘要
目的:分析急诊科医生发生医疗纠纷事件的具体原因及有效管理对策。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年6月急诊科接诊的患者800例,根据时间分为两组,各400例。观察组应用医疗纠纷管理对策;对照组未应用。分析急诊科医疗纠纷事件发生原因并制定针对性管理对策。比较两组患者医疗纠纷事件发生率及满意度。结果:急诊科医疗纠纷事件的发生原因依次为治疗费用或环境、急诊科医生缺乏责任心、医患沟通不足、急诊科医生服务态度不良等因素;观察组患者医疗纠纷事件发生率低于对照组,医疗服务满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊科医生发生医疗纠纷事件的原因多为主观原因,通过进行针对性管理可有效降低医疗纠纷事件的发生率,有助于维持和谐稳定的医患关系。
Objective:To analyze the specific causes and effective management countermeasures of medical disputes among doctors in emergency department.Methods:From January 2018 to June 2020,800 patients admitted to the emergency department were selected,they were divided into the two groups with 400 cases in each group.The medical dispute management countermeasures were applied in the observation group,but not in the control group.We analyzed the causes of medical disputes in emergency department and formulate targeted management countermeasures.The incidence and satisfaction of medical disputes between the two groups were compared.Results:The causes of medical disputes in emergency department were treatment cost or environment,lack of responsibility of doctors in emergency department,lack of communication between doctors and patients,poor service attitude of doctors in emergency department and so on.The incidence of medical disputes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the satisfaction of medical service in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The causes of medical disputes among doctors in emergency department are mostly subjective.Targeted management can effectively reduce the incidence of medical disputes and help to maintain a harmonious and stable doctor-patient relationship.
