摘要 目的:建立一种用顶空方法测定食品中甜蜜素的检测方法。方法:样品经过超声提取,加入反应试剂亚硝酸钠和硫酸溶液进行衍生化,通过测定衍生物环己烯进行定量分析。结果:本方法在8 min内完成目标化合物的分离分析。甜蜜素在不同添加水平下的回收率为95.6%~104.0%,相对标准偏差为0.3%~3.5%(n=6),方法检出限为0.06 mg·mL^(-1)。结论:该方法快速、准确、灵敏,适合测定食品中的甜蜜素。 Objective:To establish a headspace method for the determination of sodium cyclamate in food.Method:After ultrasonic extraction,the sample was derivatized with the reagent sodium nitrite and sulfuric acid solution,and the derivative cyclohexene was determined for quantitative analysis.Results:This method completes the separation and analysis of the target compound within 8 minutes.The recovery of sodium cyclamate at different levels was 95.6%~104.0%,the relative standard deviation was 0.3%~3.5%(n=6),and the detection limit of the method was 0.06 mg·mL^(-1).Conclusion:The method is fast,accurate,sensitive,and suitable for the determination of sodium cyclamate in food.
