扩散器结构参数对农用轴流风机性能的影响 被引量:1

Influence of diffuser structure parameters on the performance of agricultural axial fan

摘要 针对农用轴流风机通风量小、能效比偏低的问题,以ATK48HS3P1H型农用轴流风机为研究对象,采用风室试验、逆向建模、CFD数值模拟等方法,对扩散器扩散角(φ)和长度(L)对风机风量(Q0)和能效比(N)的影响进行研究。结果表明:1)扩散器的静压恢复系数(CP)随着φ的增大先增大再减小,扩散器风速分布均匀度(γ)随φ的增大上下波动,风量优化量(τ)随着φ的增大呈先增加而后缓慢下降的趋势,N曲线的变化趋势整体与τ的趋势一致,φ=12°时CP、γ、τ、N同时取得较大值;2)当L=575mm,φ为3°~25°时,τ和N随着φ的增大先增大再减少,φ=12°时同时取得较优性能;当φ=12°,L为485~665mm时,随着L的增大τ和N呈现先增加再减小的趋势,当L=575mm时同时取得最大值;3)交叉模拟试验证明φ=12°,L=575mm是该扩散器的最优参数,此时较原型风机Q0提高了6.11%,N提高了7.83%。 Aiming at the problems of small ventilation and low energy efficiency ratio of agricultural axial fans,ATK48 HS3 P1 Hagricultural axial fan was taken as the research object.The influence of diffuser angle(φ),length(L),air volume(Q0)and energy efficiency ratio(N)were investigated by means of wind chamber test,reverse modeling and CFD numerical simulation.The results show that:1)The static pressure recovery coefficient(CP)of diffuser first increases and then decreases with the increase ofφ.The wind speed distribution uniformity(γ)of diffuser fluctuates up and down with the increase ofφ.The optimized air volume(τ)first increases and then decreases slowly with the increase ofφ.The trend of N curve is consistent with that ofτ.CP,γ,τ,and Nreach larger values atφ=12°.2)When L=575 mm andφis between 3°and 25°,τand Nfirst increase and then decrease with the increase ofφ,and better performance is achieved atφ=12°.Whenφ=12°and Lis between 485 and 665 mm,τand Nincrease first and then decrease with the increase of L,and reach the maximum at 575 mm.3)Finally,cross simulation is used to verify thatφ=12°and L=575 mm are the optimal parameters of the diffuser.The fan air volume increases by 6.11%and the energy efficiency ratio increases by 7.83%.The research shows that the evaluation of diffuser performance should be comprehensively analyzed from four aspects:static pressure recovery coefficient,wind speed distribution uniformity,air volume optimization and energy efficiency ratio.
