摘要
对某台具有无叶扩压器的高压比离心压缩机,分别设计了叶片数为11和7的扩压器,并对这两种叶片扩压器进行了数值模拟,结果对比发现7叶片的扩压器可以获得更好的增效作用,离心压缩机静压比有很大提升,并且在设计点上多变效率也有所提高。最后,将选用的7叶片的扩压器应用于该离心压缩机,并进行了性能试验。试验结果表明:叶片扩压器能够在一定范围内提高离心压缩机效率和静压比,提升了压缩机的性能指标。
Two kinds of vaned diffuser with 11 and 7 blades, respectively, are designed for one high-pressure-ratio centrifugal compressor with vaneless diffuser.And numerical simulations are carried out on the two kinds of vaned diffuser.The results of two kinds of vaned diffuser are also compared, which shows that the vaned diffuser with 7 blades is better to improve the pressure ratio and efficiency at design condition.Finally, the vaned diffuser with 7 blades is applied for that high-pressure ratio centrifugal compressor, and the performance test is carried out.The experimental results show that the vaned diffuser could improve the pressure ratio and efficiency in a certain range, and the performance of that compressor is improved.
