摘要
铁路接轨方案的优选受多种因素复合影响,依托模糊数学理论,提出一种针对接轨方案比选的模糊综合评价方法。该方法通过构建适用于铁路接轨方案评价的评价指标体系,客观反映各方案的定性与定量属性,在此基础上,借助语言类模糊数与隶属度实现定性与定量指标的量化与转换。基于最大隶属度原则,最终依托加权平均算法完成接轨方案的综合评价。通过天水至陇南线引入天水地区接轨方案的优选应用,证明本文所提出的模糊综合评价方法具有一定的科学性和实用性,为线路决策者解决铁路接轨方案评价与优选问题提供了一种新的思路和手段。
The optimization of the rail joint schemes is a complex system engineering influenced by various factors.Based on the fuzzy mathematics theory,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the comparison and selection of joint schemes is proposed.This method objectively reflects the qualitative and quantitative attributes of each scheme by constructing an evaluation index system suitable for the evaluation of rail joint schemes.On this basis,the quantitative and qualitative indicators can be quantified and transformed through the linguistic fuzzy numbers and the membership degrees.Based on the principle of maximum degree of membership,the weighted average algorithm is finally used to complete the comprehensive evaluation of rail joint schemes.Through the application of the rail joint schemes of Tianshui-Longnan Railway introduction into Tianshui area,it has been proved that the fuzzy comprehensive method proposed in this paper is scientific and practical,and provides a new idea and method for route decision-makers to solve the problem of evaluation and selection of rail joint schemes.
