摘要 沙漠铁路具有气候、地理、生态环境等方面的特殊性,亟需建立一个完善的环境影响评价方法使沙漠铁路的建设、运营与沙漠环境相适应。本文考虑水环境、土壤环境、风沙危害、植被覆盖率、野生动植物、大气环境、噪声环境等7个影响因素,建立因素集。备择集(评语集)中包括轻微影响、较小影响、较大影响和严重影响4个评判等级。各影响因素的权重通过德尔菲法确定,建立权重集。确定单个评判对象对备择集的隶属程度,得到单因素评价集,建立评判矩阵。最后建立模糊综合评判集,对沙漠铁路的环境影响进行评价。 Desert railways, as a kind of railways in special regions, have many particularities in respect of the climate, geography and ecological environment. Because of their particularities, desert railways need special environment impact assessment. So far, there is almost no systematical environment impact assessment of desert railways. And there is little literature of desert railways. In this paper seven factors are taken into consideration to set up a factor set, which includes the water environment, soil environment, sand disaster, vegetation cover, wildlife & wild plant, climate environment and noise environment. Then the evaluation set and weight set based on the Delphi Method are established. After subject functions of every factor are determined, the single factor judging matrix is gained. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of desert railways is conducted.
