摘要
针对煤矿生产环境的复杂性,从安全系统工程的角度出发,结合煤矿实际,从人、机、环境、管理4方面对引起煤矿事故的基本事件进行识别,建设性地提出了评价我国煤矿安全生产的指标体系,指出影响煤矿安全生产的指标要素之间是相互关联和作用的,并结合模糊评价模型,对影响煤矿系统安全的4个单因素进行综合评价,得到定量的评价结果。
Aimed at the complexity of coal mine production environment, which starts with analyzing safety systems engineering and combines with actual coal mine. Confirms the basic events of coal mine accidents from man-machine-environment-management, puts forward the index system for evaluating the safety production of coal mine in China constructively, points out that the index factors that affect the safety production of coal mine are related with each other, combining fuzzy evaluation model, comprehensive evaluate the four single factors which affect the safety of coal mine system, obtains the quantitative evaluation results, besides.
