摘要
喻斌教授认为脾胃及肝同居中焦,在生理及病理上联系密切,主张从肝论治脾胃病,临床常运用含柴胡药对以疏肝理气而达安脾胃之目的。笔者跟随喻斌教授门诊学习,试探讨喻斌教授使用含柴胡药对治疗脾胃病的经验。
Professor Yu Bin believes that spleen,stomach and liver belong to the middle heater,which is connecting closely with each other.He insists that spleen and stomach disease should be treated according to the liver theory,which supports applying drugs containing Radix Bupleuri clinically to stabilize spleen and stomach with the effect of rectifying and dispersing the depressed liver energy. The author has studied in the outpatient department from Professor Yu Bin,and tried to explore experience of him treating spleen and stomach disease with drugs containing Radix Bupleuri.
