摘要
目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病老年患者的临床特征和治疗效果。方法方便选取该院2017年1月—2019年10月收治的82例老年甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病患者作为研究对象,按照数字表评分法将患者划为对照组和研究组,每组41例。对照组患者使用甲状腺药物治疗,研究组患者使用131I治疗,观察分析两组患者临床特点以及治疗1年后疗效情况和治疗前后心脏彩超结果情况。结果研究组患者临床治疗有效率为85.36%,其数据显著优于对照组,差异有统计意义(χ^(2)=4.232,P=0.040);研究组左室射血分数为(52.34±5.32)%、左室舒张末内径为(50.93±2.11)mm、左室收缩末内径为(39.13±1.90)mm、每搏输出量为(60.23±6.32)mL、每分输出量(6.12±1.40)L,其数据均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.015、10.042、12.173、7.569、4.284,P<0.05)。结论老年甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病患者不具备显著临床特异性,各种心血管病症或甲状腺功能亢进性疾病会影响该病症的诊断结果。经明确诊断后,通过正规治疗可以取得显著效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and therapeutic effects of elderly patients with hyperthyroidism and heart disease.Methods It is convenient to select 82 elderly patients with hyperthyroid heart disease accepted by the hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 as the research objects,the patients were divided into the control group and the study group according to the digital table scoring method,with 41 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with thyroid drugs,and patients in the study group were treated with 131I.The clinical characteristics of the two groups of patients,the efficacy of one year after treatment,and the results of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound before and after treatment were observed and analyzed.Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was 85.36%,and the data was significantly better than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.232,P=0.040);the left ventricular ejection fraction of the study group was(52.34±5.32)%,the left ventricular end-diastolic inner diameter was(50.93±2.11)mm,the left ventricular end-systolic inner diameter was(39.13±1.90)mm,stroke output was(60.23±6.32)mL,and minute output was(6.12±1.40)L,which the data were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.015,10.042,12.173,7.569,4.284,P<0.05).Conclusion Elderly patients with hyperthyroid heart disease do not have significant clinical specificity,and various cardiovascular diseases or hyperthyroid diseases will affect the diagnosis of this disease.After a clear diagnosis,significant results can be achieved through regular treatment.
