摘要
随着金融衍生品市场的发展,金融工程人才的培养与塑成极其重要,高校开展金融工程教学改革具有重要意义。当前金融工程课程教学,存在理论教学为主、实验教学学时数较低;教师讲授为主、学生学习为辅;线下教学为主、经典知识为主,最新前沿发展较少等问题。因此,文章认为金融工程课程教学改革可以从金融工程理论、经典案例与实验实践相结合,创新性产品与前沿学术研究相结合,以“学生”为中心的翻转式教学,线上线下混合教学四个方面进行。有助于丰富及开拓教学形式,提高金融工程课程教学效果。
With the development of financial derivatives market,the cultivation and shaping of Financial Engineering talents are extremely important.It is of great significance to carry out the reform of Financial Engineering teaching in colleges and universities.At present,the teaching of the course"Financial Engineering"mainly consists of theoretical teaching,while the number of experimental teaching hours is relatively low.Teachers give priority to teaching and students give priority to learning.Offline teaching is the main teaching way.Here,classic knowledge is given priority to,the latest cutting-edge development is less.Therefore,this paper argues that the course"Financial Engineering"can combine the classic financial engineering theory,case teaching and experiment,the innovative products combined with introduction of academic research,filting of student-centered teaching,offline and online teaching,help to enrich and develop the teaching form.These improve the effect of financial engineering teaching.
