摘要
应用型本科教育与研究型本科教育最大的差异在于更注重学生实践能力的培养,实践教学环节更是大学培养创新应用型人才的关键组成部分。传统的物流管理专业实训课程以演示型及验证型为主,围绕某一单一课程开设,且不能跟随行业变化调整实训内容。基于这一现状,本文基于OBE的理念,根据行业前沿发展倒推学生培养目标及毕业要求,从而使得实训课程的培养目标与行业需求紧密结合,分析当前物流管理专业实践教学环节存在的问题并结合教学实践提出解决方案,从而切实提高学生实践能力,培养与行业接轨的应用型创新人才。
The biggest difference between application-oriented undergraduate education and researchoriented undergraduate education is that it pays more attention to the cultivation of students'practical ability,and practical teaching is the key component of cultivating innovative and applied talents in universities.The traditional logistics management professional training courses mainly focus on demonstration type and verif ication type,and can not adjust the training content according to the industry changes.Based on this situation and the concept of OBE,according to the industry frontier development,this paper reverses the students'training objectives and graduation requirements,so as to make the training objectives of the training course closely combined with the industry demand,analyze the problems existing in the practical teaching of logistics management major,and put forward solutions combined with the teaching practice,so as to effectively improve the students'practical ability and train them to be in line with the industry applied innovative talents.
