摘要
矿井噪声主要来自局扇通风、凿岩、放炮、采煤机械、运输机械等,综合噪声强度达到85dB以上,严重危害了井下职工的身体健康。为了解决矿井噪声危害问题,利用主动降噪技术,介绍了一种主动降噪静音系统,该系统模型通过获取矿井中的环境噪声,运用主动降噪算法产生与矿井噪声相等的反相声波,将噪声中和,从而实现降噪的效果。数值实验分析结果表明,借助该主动降噪静音系统可有效抑制矿井噪声,对解决矿井噪声危害的实际问题具有较好的推广应用价值。
Mine noise mainly comes from ventilation with localfan,rock drilling,blasting,coal mining machinery,transportation machinery,etc.The comprehensive noise intensity reaches more than 85dB,which seriously endangers the health of underground workers.Based on the characteristics of the mine noise,this paper designs an active noise control mute system using of active noise control technology.This system model obtains the ambient noise in the mine,and uses an active noise control algorithm to generate an inverse noise wave equal to the mine noise.The noise is neutralized to achieve the effect of noise reduction.The results of numerical demonstration analysis show that the active noise control mute system suppress the mine noise effectively;it has application for mine noise hazard to solve problems.
