摘要
通过建立误差信号e(n)和步长因子μ(n)之间一种新的非线性函数关系,提出了一种改进的变步长LMS算法。该算法较固定步长LMS算法收敛速度快、稳定性好,和已有的基于S函数的变步长LMS算法相比,不需要进行复杂的复数运算,大大减化了计算量。将该算法应用于自适应噪声对消系统的仿真中,计算机仿真结果与理论分析相一致。
An improved variable step-size LMS algorithm is presented by establishing another new non-linear relationship between e(n) and μ(n), the properties of the algorithm such as convergence speed and steady state error are better than those of fixed step-size LMS algorithm. The algorithm is simple and easy to be implemented. The algorithm is applied in the simulation of adaptive noise cancellation system,and computer simulation results confirm the theoretical analysis.
