摘要
建立健全风险分级管控和隐患排查治理双重预防体系是遏制事故发生、提升安全生产水平的重大举措。本文对双重预防体系建设过程中存在的主要问题进行了分析,对企业和监管部门开展双重预防体系建设提出了措施建议,明确了双重预防体系建设中应重点关注的风险工作,为企业更快、更好地开展双重预防体系提供参考。
The dual prevention system of risk classification control and hidden danger investigation and management is a major measure to curb accidents and improve the level of safety production.This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of dual prevention system,puts forward measures and suggestions for enterprises and regulatory departments to carry out the construction of dual prevention system,and defines the risk work that should be focused on in the construction of dual prevention system,so as to provide reference for enterprises to carry out the dual prevention system faster and better.
