摘要
为了充分发挥“互联网+”对安全发展的促进作用,根据国务院安委办关于构建安全风险分级管控和隐患排查治理双重预防机制的意见,坚持风险预控、关口前移,全面推行安全风险分级管控。河钢宣钢以信息化、自动化为手段,建立了企业安全生产风险分级管控预警系统。通过对企业危险物品生产、储存以及重大危险源等系统主要参数全过程监测,实现对危险源安全状况的分级和集中动态监控。实践结果表明,以“互联网+”信息化为控制手段可有效促进企业安全生产。
In order to give full play to the role of "Internet +" in promoting safety development,according to the opinions of the State Council Security Committee on building a double prevention mechanism for safety risk classification control and hidden trouble investigation and treatment,we should adhere to risk pre control and move forward,and comprehensively implement safety risk classification control.By means of informatization and automation,HBIS Group Xuasteel has established a risk classification,control and early warning system for enterprise safety production.Through the whole process monitoring of main parameters of the production,storage and major hazard sources of dangerous goods in enterprises,the classification and centralized dynamic monitoring of hazard sources safety status can be realized.The practice result shows that taking "Internet +" informationization as a control means can effectively promote enterprise safety production.
