摘要
从重大事故隐患的定义及内容入手,将钢铁冶金企业的重大事故隐患分为高温熔融金属、煤气、涉爆粉尘、淘汰工艺设备和安全管理5个大类。介绍了5类重大事故隐患的主要内容和形成原因,提出钢铁冶金企业要在全面排查治理的基础上,针对新产生的重大事故隐患,建立动态管控治理机制,使其得到彻底根除。
Starting with the definition and content of the hidden danger of major accident,the hidden dangers of major accidents in iron and steel metallurgical enterprises are classified into 5 categories:high temperature molten metal,gas,explosive dust,elimination of process equipment and safety management.This paper introduces the main contents and causes of five kinds of hidden dangers of major accidents,and puts forward that the iron and steel metallurgical enterprises should establish a dynamic management and control mechanism in view of the newly emerging hidden dangers of major accidents on the basis of overall investigation and management,to eradicate it completely.
