摘要
钢铁冶金企业已被国家列入安全生产重点监管的高危行业,随着我国钢铁工业技术的进步,安全生产自动化、信息化已成为安全发展的必然趋势。为进一步提升钢铁冶金企业安全管理科技水平,控制和减少各类生产安全事故的发生,河钢宣钢结合当前安全管理现状,建立了安全生产动态电子地图、安全生产责任网、安全生产电子手册及安全生产视频为一体的信息化平台,逐步从原有的人员现场核查、文案性管理向信息化、可视化安全管理进行转变,提升了企业的总体安全管理水平。平台的建立对冶金企业安全管理信息化建设起到了很好的借鉴作用。
Iron and steel metallurgical enterprises have been listed in the safety production key supervision of high-risk industries by the state.With the progress of China's steel industry technology,safety production automation and information technology have become the inevitable trend of safety development.In order to further improve the level of safety management technology,control and reduce all kinds of production safety accidents,HBIS Group Xuansteel Company combined with the current safety management situation,established an information platform with dynamic electronic map production,safety production responsibility network,safety production electronic manual and safety production video as one,gradually transformed from the original on-site verification,copy management to information,visual safety management,improved the overall safety management level of the enterprise.The establishment of the platform has played a good reference role in the safety management of information construction of metallurgical enterprises.
