摘要
双重预防体系是指安全生产风险分级管控与隐患排查治理两个体系,是实现安全生产关口前移、源头治理、科学预防的根本,能够有效防范各类生产安全事故发生,论文对企业构建双体系及如何有效结合开展论述,以解决目前企业双体系实际应用中出现的问题。
The dual prevention system refers to two systems of classified management and control of safety production risk and investigation and treatment of hidden dangers,and it is the foundation of realizing the safety production gate moving forward,controlling the source,and preventing scientifically.The system can effectively prevent all kinds of production safety accidents.The paper discusses how to construct the dual prevention system correctly and effectively for enterprises,so as to solve the problems in the practical application of the dual system in enterprises.
