摘要
建立高效液相色谱法快速测定腊肉中苯并芘的含量。样品以正己烷溶剂提取,过固相萃取柱,通过高效液相色谱法检测样品含量在该色谱条件下苯并芘的标曲线性R~2大于0.9999,在洗脱液中加入0.5mL乙腈氮吹回收率87.86%~90.20%,苯并芘的检出限为0.2μg/kg,定量限为0.5μg/kg。该方法操作简单,效率高,回收率高,结果可靠,适用于腊肉中苯并芘的检验。
High performance liquid chromatography was established to determine content of benzopyrene in bacon.Sample was extracted by n-hexane solvent,and it was treated by solid phase extraction column,and the content of sample was determined by high performance liquid chromatography,and standard curve linear R~2 of benzopyrene was more than 0.9999 under this chromatographic condition.0.5 mL acetonitrile was added to eluent,and recovery was 87.86%~90.20%by nitrogen blowing,and detection limit of benzopyrene was 0.2μg/kg,and the limit of quantification was 0.5μg/kg.The method was simple and efficient,and recovery was high,and results wasreliable,and it was suitable for the determination of benzopyrene in bacon.
