摘要
目的对新冠肺炎疫情期间"健康中国"政务新媒体发布信息进行内容分析,为提高政府在突发公共卫生事件中的健康传播能力提供依据。方法以2020年1月1日—4月8日"健康中国"官方微信公众号、微博账号推送的各2481、2292条信息为研究对象,按照信息的发布内容、疫情发展的阶段等对其进行分类分析,比较微信和微博的信息发布特点和影响力。结果疫情期间,"健康中国"微信公众号、微博账号信息发布量(≥19条/日)均较高于平时发布量。在疫情发展的不同阶段,微信与微博的发布量也具有差异(χ^(2)=53.23,P<0.001)。将信息分类,微信在"典型人物和事迹"着墨更多,高于微博(43.4%vs 37.1%);"科普"内容相对较少,低于微博(19.4%vs 24.6%)。结论"健康中国"政务新媒体在新冠肺炎疫情期间根据不同阶段发布不同类型的健康信息,满足了公众在突发公共卫生事件中对于健康信息的需求,同时也发挥了社会动员作用,并能及时为公众解读政策,为新冠肺炎疫情的控制发挥了积极作用。
Objective To analyze the information released by Healthy China New Media of government affairs during the COVID-19 pandemic,and to provide evidence for improving the government’s health communication ability in public health emergencies.Methods A total of 2481 and 2292 messages released by the"Healthy China"official WeChat account and Weibo account from January 1 to April 8,2020 were collected as the research objects.They were classified according to the content of information and the different stages of epidemic development And their characteristics and influence of information were compared between WeChat and Weibo.Results During COVID-19 epidemic period,the number of information published on the WeChat official account and Weibo account of"Healthy China"(≥19 items/day)were higher than normal period.At the different stages of pandemic,the amounts of information released by WeChat and Weibo showed significantly difference(χ^(2)=53.23,P<0.001).According to the information classification,"work dynamics"were more valued by WeChat than Weibo(43.4%vs 37.1%),while the content of"popular science knowledge"was relatively less than Weibo(19.4%vs 24.6%).Conclusion During the COVID-19 pandemic,Healthy China New media published different types of information at different stages of the epidemic,which satisfied the public’s demand for health information in public health emergencies.At the same time,it also played a role in social mobilization and timely interpretation of policies for the public,and showed positive impact on the control of COVID-19.
