新课改背景下食品检验实验课程微课题的教学探索

摘要 在国家创新创业教育背景下,为提升本科毕业生的就业竞争力,该文结合食品类专业的人才培养方案,对食品类专业食品检验实验课程教学模式进行探索,提出基于教师科研项目的立项,通过微课题的实验改革形成规模小、周期短、研究方式灵活的实验项目,进而提升食品检验实验课程的教学质量,培养学生主动获取知识的能力,为食品类专业的实验课程改革与创新提供新的借鉴。 Under the background of national innovation and entrepreneurship education,in order to enhance the employment competitiveness of undergraduate graduates,combined with the professional talent training program,through the exploration and transformation of the teaching mode of the food professional“Food Inspection Experiment”curriculum system,it is proposed to establish projects based on teachers’scientific research projects.Through the experimental reform model of miniproject study,experimental projects with small scale,short cycle,and flexible research methods are formed,thereby improving the teaching quality of the“Food Inspection Experiment”course system,training students’ability to actively acquire knowledge,and putting forward new ideas for the reform and innovation of experimental courses of food majors.
