摘要
学习宣传和研究阐释习近平法治思想,宪法是一个不可或缺的重要维度和关键视角。习近平法治思想深刻揭示了宪法生成演变的中国逻辑、宪法精神实质的政治内涵、宪法价值取向的人民立场、宪法功能定位的建构使命、宪法治国理政的战略思维和宪法生机活力的实践指向,标志着我们党对宪法的认识和实践达到了一个新的高度。对习近平总书记关于宪法的重要论述进行系统梳理和分析,不仅可以为我们更好地认知和理解中国宪法提供科学的理论指引和方法指南,而且有助于加快构建中国特色社会主义宪法学的概念体系、理论体系和话语体系,进而为新时代坚持依宪治国、依宪执政提供坚实的学理依据与支撑,为世界宪法文明的发展与进步贡献中国独特的经验和方案。
The constitution is an indispensable dimension and key perspective to study and publicize,research and interpret Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law.Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law has profoundly revealed the China’s logic of the evolution of the constitution,the political connotation of the essence of the constitution,the people’s position of the constitutional value orientation,the mission of constructing the functional orientation of the constitution,the strategic thinking of the constitutional governance and the practical direction of the vitality of the constitution,which has marked a new height in our party’s understanding and practice of the constitution.Systematic analysis and analysis of general secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on Constitution can not only provide us with a better understanding and understanding of China’s constitution,but also help us to accelerate the construction of the concept system,theoretical system and discourse system of China’s socialist constitution.The solid theoretical basis and support will contribute China’s unique experience and scheme to the development and progress of the world’s constitutional civilization.
