摘要
胶浸纤维干式套管具有无油、防火防爆、机械强度高、防潮、少维护等优势,笔者提出了一种特高压交流胶浸纤维穿墙套管结构,采用胶浸纤维复合材料绝缘层与半导体适形材料电容屏交替间隔绕制成阶梯状电容芯体;改进了非真空环境下超长超大直径套管芯体缠绕和固化工艺,调整缠绕角度和缠绕张力,优化套管芯体固化参数,有效去除套管芯体内部气泡,同时避免套管芯体出现分层和开裂问题,实现了胶浸纤维材料在特高压交流穿墙套管上的应用,为我国特高压套管质量提升提供了新的技术路线和可国产化产品。
The resin impregnated fiber dry bushing has the advantages of oil-free,fire-proof and explosion-proof,high mechanical strength,moisture-proof,less maintenance and so on.The author proposed a kind of UHV AC resin impregnated fiber wall bushing structure,in which the resin impregnated fiber composite insulation layer and semiconductor conformal material capacitor screen are alternately wound to form a stepped capacitor core.The winding and curing process of super long and super large diameter bushing core in non vacuum environment is improved.By adjusting the winding angle and winding tension,optimizing the curing parameters of the bushing core,removing the bubbles inside the bushing core effectively,avoiding the layering and cracking of the bushing core.The application of resin impregnated fiber material in UHV AC wall bushing is realized,which provides a new technical route and domestic products for improving the quality of UHV bushing in China.
