摘要
胶浸纸干式套管具有无油、防爆、电气特性稳定等优点,在变压器、电抗器、阀厅穿墙等场景使用广泛,是高压电器的重要组成部件。电容芯体是套管主绝缘部件,芯体复合材料的微观损伤最终将可能导致设备发生机械和电气方面的故障,因此对于干式套管芯体复合材料损伤性能的研究具有重要的意义。本研究为准确反映芯体复合材料在干式套管中的实际性能,从干式套管芯体上直接取样,并对其机械损伤性能进行了测试研究,得出微观损伤和宏观破坏值之间的关系。实验中分别采用万用电子拉力机、声发射技术、三维X射线成像技术等检测手段对材料机械损伤特性进行研究,获得了芯体复合材料的机械性能数据,分析了损伤机理和过程,为同类干式套管的设计提供了基础材料参数和设计依据。
The adhesive-impregnated paper dry bushing has the advantages of oil-free,explosion-proof,and stable electrical characteristics.As an important component of high-voltage electrical equipment,it has been widely used in transformers,reactors,valve hall through walls and other scenarios.The capacitor core is the main insulating part of the bushing,and the microscopic damage of the core composite material may eventually lead to mechanical and electrical failures of the equipment.The research on the damage properties of dry bushing core composite material is of great significance.In order to accurately reflect the actual performance of composites in dry bushing core,samples were directly cut from the dry bushing core.The mechanical damage properties of dry bushing core composites have been tested and studied to obtain the relationship between microscopic damage and macroscopic failure values.The mechanical damage of the composite was studied by means of universal electronic tensile machine,acoustic emission technology,and 3D X-ray computed tomography technology,etc.The mechanical property data of the core composite material has been obtained,and the damage mechanism and process have been analyzed,which provides basic material parameters and design principle for the similar dry bushing.
