摘要
高压换流变阀侧套管是实现换流变压器与阀塔电气连接的重要设备,笔者主要针对其绝缘性能研究现状进行综述性讨论。首先分析了高压换流变压器套管运行条件苛刻、电场分布复杂的典型特点,并详细梳理了换流变套管的发展及国内外研究现状,最后凝练提出了换流变套管具有价值的研究方向。综述性研究表明:大电流及高电压运行环境为换流变套管绝缘结构设计提出了更高要求,其长期承受交直流叠加、极性反转电应力作用,因此环氧浸纸复合材料绝缘性能、换流变套管发热模型建立、换流变套管主绝缘结构设计、出线装置非线性电场模拟均为具有前景的研究方向。综述分析结果可为高压直流输电工程用换流变套管绝缘设计提供一定技术支撑,并为高端换流变压器套管国产化研制及工程应用指出研究方向和理论指导。
The high voltage capacitor filled SF6 gas bushing is an important equipment to realize the electrical connection between the converter transformer and the valve tower. The author mainly analyzes current status of the research on its insulation performance. Firstly,the characteristics of harsh operation conditions and complicated E-field distribution of converter transformer bushing are analyzed. The development and research status of the converter bushing are also discussed in detail. Finally,the research direction of the converter bushing is presented. Summary research shows: high current and high voltage operating environment put forward higher requirements for the design of insulation structure of converter transformer bushing. It is subjected to AC and DC superposition and polarity reversal electrical stress for a long time. Therefore,the insulation property of the epoxy paper composite material,the establishment of the heat transfer model of the bushing,the design of the main insulation structure and the nonlinear electric field simulation of the outlet device are all the promising research directions. The results can provide some technical supports for the insulation design of HVDC transmission engineering,and point out the research direction and theoretical guidance for the domestic development and engineering application of the high voltage converter transformer bushing.
