摘要
目的观察优质护理干预对经皮腰椎弓根骨折内固定患者的影响。方法研究对象为2016年6月至2019年1月锦州市中心院骨科收治的腰椎弓根骨折患者78例。患者病史包括有高处坠落、车祸、重物撞击等外伤史,放射线检查显示腰椎弓骨折1~3个节段。需要进行椎管减压的病例不在本研究范围之内。40例患者采取优质护理干预,作为观察组;38例患者采取传统护理方式,作为对照组。结果本研究的78例手术均顺利完成,术后拍片显示骨折复位满意,住院时间4~12 d,住院期间无并发症出现。观察组发生术后疼痛的比例降低,住院时间更短,护理满意度提高,与对照组相比,结果差异值具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预有利于促进经皮腰椎弓根骨折内固定患者的康复,减少疼痛的发生率,缩短住院时间,提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To observe the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on patients with percutaneous lumbar pedicle fracture fixation.Methods The subjects of the study were 78 patients with lumbar pedicle fractures admitted to the Orthopedics Department of Jinzhou Central Hospital from June 2016 to January 2019.The patient's medical history includes a history of trauma such as a fall from a height,a car accident,a heavy object impact,etc.,and radiographic examination showed that the lumbar vertebral arch was fractured in 1 to 3 segments.Cases requiring spinal canal decompression are not within the scope of this study.Forty patients took high-quality nursing intervention as the observation group;38 patients took traditional nursing methods as the control group.Results All the cases had no serious complications such as iatrogenic nerve root injury.The position of the fixed object was exact and there was no loose deformation.The proportion of postoperative pain in the observation group was reduced,the hospitalization time was shorter,and the nursing satisfaction was improved,compared with the control group,the difference value was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention is conducive to promoting the rehabilitation of patients with percutaneous lumbar pedicle fracture internal fixation,reducing the incidence of postoperative bleeding and pain,shortening the length of hospitalization,and improving patient satisfaction with nursing care.
