摘要
目的:探讨老年髋部骨折患者术后护理中应用谵妄筛查量表的效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年6月术后老年髋部骨折患者72例,随机分为两组,各36例。研究组护理中应用谵妄筛查量表,通过筛选结果实施有效护理干预;对照组未应用谵妄筛查量表。比较两组患者谵妄发生率、住院时间及不良事件发生率。结果:研究组患者第1~5天谵妄发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者住院时间及不良事件发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年髋部骨折患者术后护理中使用谵妄筛查量表的效果较显著,及时采取解决措施,可预防跌倒、坠床等不良事件。
Objective:To explore the application effect of delirium screening scale in postoperative nursing care of elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods:From January 2019 to June 2020,72 elderly patients after hip fracture operation were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each group.The delirium screening scale was used in the study group,and effective nursing intervention was implemented through the screening results.The delirium screening scale was not used in the control group.We compared the incidence of delirium,length of stay and incidence of adverse events between the two groups.Results:In the study group,the incidence of delirium on day 1~5 was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the length of stay and the incidence of adverse events were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of delirium screening scale in postoperative nursing care of elderly patients with hip fracture is significant,taking timely measures can prevent adverse events such as falling down and falling into bed.
