摘要
目的分析膝骨关节炎患者的中医体质类型分布特点,探讨其发病的主要危险因素与体质类型的相关性。方法运用《中医体质分类与判定标准》量表和膝骨关节炎患者一般资料调查表对2019年9月—2020年3月陕西中医药大学附属医院诊治的204例膝骨关节炎患者进行体质判定,分析其主要偏颇体质与疾病影响因素的相关性。结果阳虚质、血瘀质和痰湿质在膝骨关节炎体质构成比中排前三位,不同性别、年龄组的膝骨关节炎患者体质分型比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);二元Logistic回归分析表明,阳虚质与体质指数(B=-2.280,P=0.001)、运动习惯(B=-2.307,P<0.001)相关;血瘀质与运动习惯(B=-1.239,P=0.045)、膝关节外伤史(B=2.516,P<0.001)相关;痰湿质与体质指数(B=2.729,P=0.030)、常吃油腻食物(B=1.712,P=0.008)和运动习惯(B=-2.449,P=0.003)相关。结论膝骨关节炎患者常见偏颇体质为阳虚质、血瘀质和痰湿质,膝骨关节炎中医体质与疾病影响因素有关。
Objective It is to analyze the distribution characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine constitution types of patients with knee osteoarthritis,and to explore the correlation between the main risk factors and constitution types.Methods The traditional Chinese medicine constitution of 204 patients with knee osteoarthritis diagnosed and treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to March 2020 were diagnosed according to the“Classification and Judgment Criteria of Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution”scale and the general information questionnaire for knee osteoarthritis patients.The correlation between the main biased constitution and the factors affecting the disease was analyzed.Results Yang deficiency constitution,blood stasis constitution and phlegm dampness constitution ranked the top three in the composition constituent ratio of knee osteoarthritis,there were statistically significant differences in the constitution type of knee osteoarthritis patients of different genders and age groups(all P<0.05).Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that Yang-deficiency constitution was related to body mass index(B=-2.280,P=0.001)and exercise habits(B=-2.307,P=0.000);blood stasis constitution was related to exercise habits(B=-1.239,P=0.045),history of knee joint trauma(B=2.516,P=0.000);phlegm dampness constitution was related to body mass index(B=2.729,P=0.030),frequent eating of greasy food(B=1.712,P=0.008)and exercise habits(B=-2.449,P=0.003).Conclusion Commonly biased constitutions in patients with knee osteoarthritis are Yang deficiency constitution,blood stasis constitution and phlegm-dampness constitution.The traditional Chinese medicine constitution of knee osteoarthritis is related to the factors affecting the disease.
