全过程化造价理论往往贯穿于项目建设整个过程,属于最具有效性的一种经济干预手段,可有效运用于输变电项目工程的结算管理实践。文章主要围绕全过程化造价理论下的输变电项目工程的结算管理实践展开深入探讨,供相关技术人员参考。
The whole process cost theory often runs through the whole process of project construction,and it is the most effective means of economic intervention,which can be effectively applied to the settlement management practice of power transmission and transformation project.This paper mainly focuses on the settlement management practice of power transmission project under the whole process cost theory,for the reference of relevant technical personnel.
