摘要
提出利用模态区间分析求解电网工程造价控制阈值的方法,首先建立造价分解集成控制模型,将造价控制指标分解至控制模块,以区间形式测算模块的控制阈值,并考虑“结余”机会成本与“超概”管理成本,通过最小损失成本目标函数寻求设计模块最优值。其次,引入模态区间分析集成各模块阈值,有效避免阈值集成“过估计”问题。最后,通过实例验证控制阈值的准确性,为全过程电网工程造价精准管控提供参考。
This paper proposes a method to solve the cost control threshold of power grid project by using modal interval analysis.Firstly,establish the cost decomposition integrated control model and decompose the cost control index to module.Then,the control threshold of the module is calculated in the form of interval,and the optimal value of the design module is sought through the objective function of minimum loss cost.Secondly,the modal interval analysis is introduced to integrate the thresholds of each module to effectively avoid the"over estimation"problem.Finally,an example is given to verify the accuracy of the control threshold.This paper can provide a reliable basis for accurate cost control of the whole process of power grid project.
