摘要
随着国网公司建设泛在电力物联网以落实"三型两网、世界一流"战略目标核心任务的提出,推动传统输变电工程造价管理模式向信息化、智能化、专业化造价管理模式变革。在分析输变电工程造价管理各个阶段影响工程造价成本的关键指标因素的基础上,基于隶属函数方法对输变电工程全过程造价管理的关键指标进行综合评价;基于粒子群与遗传混合优化算法(PSO-GA)对输变电工程全过程造价管理数据进行统一处理,提高了输变电工程造价分析的时效性和准确度。
The State Grid Corporation advocates the strategic goal of the core construction tasks of ubiquitous power Internet of Things to implement the"three types,two networks,world-class",aiming to promote the transformation of traditional power transmission and transformation project cost management mode to be informationized,intelligent,professional cost management mode.Based on the analysis of the key index factors affecting the cost of power transmission and transformation project in each stage of cost management,the key index of the whole process of cost management is comprehensively evaluated based on the membership function method.Based on hybrid algorithm with particle swarm optimization and genetic algorithm(PSO-GA),the cost management data of the whole process of power transmission and transformation engineering are uniformly processed,improving the timeliness and accuracy of cost analysis of power transmission and transformation engineering.
