壳聚糖-氧化锌杂化抗菌材料的制备与性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 利用壳聚糖所带氨基和羟基与锌原子的螯合作用,通过改变壳聚糖与锌盐配比、碱液浓度和溶剂组成,由化学沉积法分别制备了具有球、锥、棒3种结构的壳聚糖-氧化锌(CS-ZnO)杂化粒子。通过X射线衍射(XRD),场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)和热重分析(TGA)确定了杂化粒子的形貌与结构组成。将杂化粒子作为抗菌剂加入到淀粉膜中,在3%的添加量下,研究复合膜的抗菌性能和力学性能,探讨杂化粒子的抗菌性能与形貌的关联性,发现含有杂化粒子的淀粉复合膜具有良好的机械性能和优异的抗菌性能,3种结构杂化粒子的抗菌性能由强到弱排序为球状>锥状>棒状。 Chitosan-ZnO(CS-ZnO)hybrid particles were successfully prepared by a simple chemical deposition approach.Due to the chelation interaction between zinc atom and amino group/hydroxyl group of chitosan(CS),three CS-ZnO with different morphology including ball-like structure,cone-like structure and rod-like structure could be fabricated by changing the ratio of chitosan to zinc salt,the concentration of the lye and the solvent composition.The structure and composition of the hybrid particles were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM),UV-visible spectrophotometer(UV-Vis),and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).Further,these three kinds of CS-ZnO hybrid particles were used to fabricate three types of CS-ZnO/starch composite film.Then the antibacterial properties and mechanical properties of the composite membranes with 3 wt.%particles were studied in detail.Additionally,the relationship between the antibacterial properties and morphology of the hybrid particles was elucidated by comparing the antibacterial properties of as-prepared composite films with different morphology particles.The results shown that(ⅰ)the presence of the fabricated CS-ZnO hybrid particles could endow the composite films with good mechanical performance and excellent antibacterial properties,and (ⅱ)the prepared composite films exhibited different antibacterial properties:ball-like particle based film>cone-like particle based film >rod-like particle based film.
