摘要
该研究以钛酸丁酯为前驱物制备了纳米Ag/TiO_2复合PE抗菌薄膜。通过扫描电子显微镜分析等分析方法对所制备的粉体和复合膜结构进行表征,并采用平板菌落计数法,考察了纳米Ag/TiO_2/PE复合膜对大肠杆菌光催化杀菌性能。结果表明:5wt%粉体添加量的PE复合膜对大肠杆菌的杀菌效果较好,它能充分发挥纳米Ag、TiO_2的协同杀菌作用,不仅抗菌足够广谱,而且能够抑制银薄膜的变色。
Nano-Ag/titanium dioxide/polyethylene antimicrobial film was prepared by using butyl titanate as precursor in this study.The structure of the powder and composite film was characterized by scanning electron microscopy.The photocatalytic bactericidal activity of nano silver/titanium dioxide/PE composite film against Escherichia coli was investigated by plate colony counting method.The results show that PE composite film with 5 wt%powder addition has better bactericidal effect on Escherichia coli.It can give the synergistic bactericidal effect of nano silver and titanium dioxide.It not only has enough broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity,but also can inhibit the discoloration of silver film.
