苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物抗菌热塑性弹性体的制备及性能

摘要 采用电解沉积法和热还原法制备载银硅藻土(Ag/DT)抗菌剂,将其与苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)熔融共混制得SEBS抗菌热塑性弹性体。结果表明,Ag/DT抗菌剂在SEBS中分散均匀,制得的SEBS抗菌材料的抗菌效果较好,并且抗菌剂的添加使SEBS的物理机械性能得到显著提高。 The silver-loaded diatomaceous earth(Ag/DT)antibacterial agent was prepared by electrolytic deposition method and thermal reduction method,and styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer(SEBS)antibacterial agent was obtained by melt blending with SEBS thermoplastic elastomer.The results showed that the Ag/DT antibacterial agent was uniformly dispersed in SEBS,the antibacterial effect of the prepared SEBS antibacterial material was better,and the addition of antibacterial agent significantly improved the physical and mechanical properties of SEBS.
