摘要
文章以纳米二氧化钛复合聚丙烯膜为评估对象,采用基于暴露途径的风险评估方法,对纳米复合包装膜中纳米二氧化钛粒子进行风险评估。首先通过动物及细胞毒理试验识别纳米二氧化钛粒子的危害性,获取粒子浓度与不良作用之间的关系,而后通过材料中粒子迁移与人体经口摄入的暴露途径确定暴露剂量,最终评估材料中纳米粒子对人体健康可能造成的危害。
The risk assessment of nanoparticles in nanocomposite food packaging were discussed through an analytic method based on the exposure route.Taking titanium dioxide-doped polypropylene film as a target,we first identified the hazards of nano titanium dioxide by animal and cell toxicology experiments, in order to obtain the correlation between the nanoparticles dose and adverse effects.Then,based on the contact route,that the particles migrate into food from the materials and then are orally taken by human body,the exposure doses were determined and the potential harm of nanoparticles in the materials was finally evaluated,which indicated that nano titanium dioxide in food packaging should be considered and inspected as a risk substance.
