本文介绍了能量色散X射线荧光光谱法的原理和仪器,综述了能量色散X射线荧光光谱法在食品检测领域的应用,提出了此技术在食品检测中的发展趋势,为使用能量色散X射线荧光光谱法的实验人员提供理论参考。
This article introduces the principle and instrument of energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry,summarizes the application of energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry in the field of food inspection,and proposes the development trend of energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry in food inspection.The experimenter of energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry provides theoretical reference.
