摘要
卵母细胞质量的提高对生殖结局的改善具有重要影响,因此寻找改善卵母细胞质量的相关生物因子及药物一直是女性生殖领域的研究焦点。卵泡液中的脂肪酸是卵母细胞发育微环境的重要组成成分,有助于提高女性的生育能力和辅助生殖技术的疗效。ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFAs)是一类多聚不饱和脂肪酸,可调节卵母细胞膜的组成和功能、细胞内物质代谢、信号转导以及基因表达等,促进卵母细胞成熟并提高卵母细胞发育潜能,是一种有益于提高卵母细胞质量的重要营养素。研究ω-3PUFAs对卵母细胞质量的影响及相关机制,有助于进一步寻找不孕病因以及指导临床制订辅助生殖诊疗方案,改善妊娠结局。
The improvement of oocyte quality has an important influence on the improvement of reproductive outcomes.Therefore,it has been the focus of research in the field of female reproduction to find the related biological factors and drugs to improve oocyte quality. The fatty acid in follicular fluid is an important component of the microenvironment of oocyte development,which helps to improve female fertility and the efficacy of assisted reproductive technology. Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids( PUFAs) are a kind of polyunsaturated fatty acid,which can regulate the composition and function of oocyte membrane,intracellular material metabolism,signal transduction and gene expression,promote oocyte maturation and improve oocyte development potential. It is an important nutrient beneficial to improve oocyte quality. Study on the effect ofω-3 PUFAs on oocyte quality and its mechanism will help to find the cause of infertility and guide the clinical development of assisted reproductive diagnosis and treatment program,so as to improve the pregnancy outcome.
