摘要
简要介绍富含α-亚麻酸的植物源油脂,并对其近年来微胶囊化研究进行综述。最后对微胶囊化功能性油脂的发展前景做了展望。
In this paper, different vegetable source oils which are rich in ALA were summarized, and the microencapsulation researches of these oils were reviewed. Finally, the paper forecasted the future development of functional oils in microencapsulation.
