酶法制备n-3多不饱和脂肪酸甘油三酯的工艺 被引量:5

摘要 研究了利用固定化脂肪酶Novozym435,在无溶剂体系中催化鱼油甘油三酯(含EPA和DHA分别为21·9%和6·96%)和鱼油脂肪酸(含EPA和DHA分别为43·6%和29·6%)的酯交换反应,制备EPA和DHA总含量为45%的甘油三酯产品,其较适的工艺反应条件为:温度60℃,反应时间18h,甘油三酯与脂肪酸的质量比为1:1,加酶量为甘油三酯质量的7·5%。该工艺得到的甘油三酯产品中EPA和DHA分别为30·8%和14·6%,脂肪酶可回收利用至少20次。 The transesterification between triglycerides(TG,containing 21.9%EPA and 6.96%DHA)and fatty acids(FA,containing 43.6%EPA and 29.6%DHA)was catalyzed by immobilized lipase Novozym435 in solvent free system,to prepare triglycerides containing 45%EPA and DHA totally.The preferable reaction condition was temperature 60℃,reaction time 18h,TG:FA(W:W)=1:1,enzyme dosage 7.5%,under the condition,TG obtained contained 30.8%EPA and 14.6%DHA,and the lipase can be used at least 20 times.
