摘要
精准培养本土化乡村教师是我国新时期乡村教师队伍补充的新模式,湖南省公费定向师范生的培养规模日趋扩大,新群体逐渐显现出学习动力不足、职业认同感不强、从教意愿有待提升等问题。职业生涯规划教育具有提高教师职业认同感、增强从教意愿、坚定职业理想的作用,然而针对公费定向师范生的“教师职业生涯规划”课程体系却尚未建立。可根据公费定向师范生培养的实际问题选择合适的生涯规划理论,从课程目标、课程构建原则、设计思路、教学内容和方法、课程评价等五个方面尝试构建“教师职业生涯规划”的课程体系。
The targeted training of rural-oriented teachers is a new mode to supplement the rural teachers in the new era.The training scale of public-funded normal students is expanding in Hunan Province.The new group gradually shows some problems,such as lack of learning motivation,weak teachers’professional identity,unwillingness to teach,etc.Career planning education can improve teachers’professional identity,enhance their willingness to teach and strengthen their career aspiration.However,the curriculum of The Teachers’Career Planning has not been established.According to those problems,we choose appropriate career planning theory to construct the new curriculum from five aspects:curriculum goals,principles of curriculum construction,the idea of curriculum design,teaching contents and methods,curriculum assessment.
