摘要
在新时代健康扶贫的背景下,如何跟踪医药卫生行业发展趋势,调整办学定位,探索专业发展与医药卫生行业之间相互支撑关系,为社会培养"学得好、用得上、下得去、留得住"的医药卫生人才,是高职医学院校人才培养模式改革的重要方向。近年来,昆明卫生职业学院以基础卫生医疗机构人才需求为依据,深入基层卫生机构调研;实行校政合作,共同制定、修订人才培养方案;以岗位胜任力为主导,重构课程体系。最终在校政合作的基础上,探索与实践人才培养模式改革,为云南省基层卫生医疗机构培养适用型人才,实现教学质量和办学水平的提升。
Under the background of health and poverty alleviation in the new era, how to track the development trend of the medical and health industry, adjust the orientation of running a school, explore the mutual support relationship between professional development and the medical and health industry, and train the society to "learn well, use it, go lower grassroots and stay" medical and health talents are an important direction of education and teaching reform in higher vocational medical schools. In recent years, Kunming Health Vocational College has firmly established the idea of being close to the grass-roots level based on the needs of professional talents, and conducted in-depth research in grass-roots health institutions;implemented school-government cooperation to jointly formulate and revise talent training programs;restructured based on job competence curriculum structure. In the end, the teaching quality and school-running level will be improved in serving the needs of primary medical and health posts.
